The “Slavic Church Planting Network” has a goal of 500 churches planted (100 non-Slavic) by 2025. A follow-up Strategy meeting is planned (Spring 2010) to discuss action that need to be taken to accomplish the vision of church planting followed by a “Slavic Pastors and Leaders Conference” that is scheduled in Philadelphia, PA-Sept 17-18, 2010 to share the church planting vision and enlist partnerships for church planting.
About the Slavic Mission Network
A Network of Russian and Ukrainian baptist leaders in the United States and Canada that gathered at a roundtable meeting that took place on December 1-2, 2009 at the North American Mission Board (NAMB) in Alpharetta (Atlanta), Georgia with representatives from Conventions, Baptist Churches, and Associations focusing on planting new churches throughout North America.
